Transition Into Spring | MembersOnly Statement Jacket

In fact, how do I transition into Spring? Throw on a cute jacket and call it a day.  Spring is around the corner and Los Angeles is experiencing a lot of rain (very shocking) and some colder weather. As a native, my outerwear isn’t actually meant to keep me warm  well there’s an exception for my snowboarding gear. But fashion wise, most if not all my clothing pieces are for style and intended for 60-65 degree weather and above. We’re spoiled here in LA I know

Transition into Spring Like a Pro with MembersOnly 

The Los Angeles weather this Winter is a bit crazy — that’s a relative term — we are experiencing a lot of rain and 40-50 degree weather. Oh no tell me more. It is not very common for us to have weather below 60 degrees however, I am prepared to transition into spring. My dust pink MembersOnly jacket is extremely light weight and has kept me warm in 50 degree weather in Santa Monica after a rain storm. Amazing right? LA clothing is not very functional, it just looks cute LOL so I am very happy to know MembersOnly is based in NYC and they know a thing or two about cold weather.

Functionality or Style? Why Not Both

So as I mentioned, I like to transition into Spring by throwing on a cute jacket and calling it a day. But what do you do when you live in LA and it’s freezing in the morning and by noon you are sweating balls? I like to keep transitional pieces like this pink faux suede jacket  in my wardrobe and car. It allows me to still wear a crop or flowy top without sacrificing my everyday style. This particular jacket is warm enough for day and night time use because I can toss it over my shoulders if the weather gets too warm.

When I received this extra cute MembersOnly jacket I was in love and I wore it 4 times before I realized I needed to add it to my blog. The color is a super cute dust pink that works with pretty much everything in my closet. The best thing about the jacket is the moto cut. It makes me look put together and stylish even when I just threw it on for grocery shopping and run last minute errands. This has easily become a go-to piece in my wardrobe and I will continue to wear far into Summer 2018.
