EZC Active Pak For Immune Support

EZC Active Pak For Immune Support

My Experience Using EZC Active Pak

During this cold and windy season, it’s important to stay healthy and keep our Zinc and Vitamin C levels high. Let’s be honest, it has been “winter” in Los Angeles for the past 6 weeks because this weather is freezing! Well at least to us anything below 70 degrees is very cold. Today is actually 65 BURRR!  Normally around this time I pay close attention to my body for possible cold or flu symptoms. Almost everyone gets a cold or the flu at the end of the year and my day job makes me an easy target. Working in an office full of people who travel on a weekly basis is not good when they constantly return with East Coast germs lol. I recently found EZC Active Pak an organic and vegetarian supplements for people like me on a busy schedule who want to stay in tip top shape.

What is EZC Pak Active Immune Support

Let’s start with what and where EZC comes from. EZC Active Pak is a physician formulated 5 day immune support pack that boosts your vitamin and mineral levels with organic Echinacea, Zinc and Vitamin C. EZC originates in California by a physician that wants to cut back on the overuse of antibiotics. Antibiotics is the go-to prescription when suffering from a cold but antibiotics also kills the good bacteria we need. We get sick, go to the doctor and get antibiotics and then repeat. We often forget we get sick because our immune system cannot defend itself. That’s where supplements like EZC come into play. One of the amazing things I have really enjoyed about EZC Pak is they are organic, vegetarian and gluten free with no added sugar. That in itself is really a win for me.

How to Use:

Depending on which EZC Pak you use, I been using EZC Active Pak, it is recommended to use twice a day for maximum effect. The pack is made for those active on-the-go people who need an extra boost in their immune system. EZC can also be used during the season change when most people catch a mild cold. The active pack really has cute packaging and design. It’s easy to use and has a pull tab at the bottom of the pack with information on both front and back of the packaging. The pack is also perfect size and fits in my purse that carries 3 credit cards and an iPhone.

Where to Buy EZC Active Pak

Where Do you get this awesome immune boosting supplement? Well I am glad you asked lol. EZC Active Pak is conveniently available on Amazon and yes it’s on Prime but you can also find it on EZC website.

So does it really work?

Well to be quite frank, it worked for me. I was able to take two dosages of EZC Active Pak for 1 week during my slumpy cold and I did not get better instantaneous, lets be honest its not a miracle worker. But I did not progressively get worse, like I normally would. I was able to recover from a random cold in 3 short days when my usual time frame is a full week. If that’s not effective then I do not know what is.

I have a few friends who choose the organic and healthy route when it comes to medicine and antibiotics. EZC Active Pak is definitely one of the supplements I have recommended. This pack really is for you if you’re tired of popping antibiotics or Acetaminophen like candy to get over a cold. I highly recommend you read about EZC Active Pak and see if it will work for your health and lifestyle. So far it has worked for me, an on-the-go young professional in my late 20’s with a rather dull workout regime but in pretty great health.

Drop some other organic or homeopathic recommendations for immune boosting and let me know if you try EZC Active Pak 🙂

XO Andie

Thanks for such an informative post! Usually I get hit with a cold before and after travel and I dose up on the Airborne capsules and spoonfuls of honey. I am very curious to try this EZC pack because of all the natural ingredients. Will definitely look them up!

What is your experience with these kinds of products (EZC pack, airborne, emergen c, etc)? I’m always a little skeptical of vitamins that are supposed to do the work of antibodies. In my experience, the best thing to do is stay up to date on vaccinations/flu shots/etc and practice good hygiene.

Just like beauty products, there are plenty of health supplements in the market nowadays. It’s great to have a lot of choices to choose from.

I love how you engage your readers with your honest and light reviews. I honestly love trying health supplements and would definitely consider this if it is available in our local drugstore.

This is great to know that it was developed by a doctor who dislikes antibiotics. My go to remedy has been one medium peg of raw garlic that moment I feel the cold coming on and it works wonders in 24 hours! EZC will be good to keep my immune system in full gear.

Sounds like a wonderful product! I myself swear up & down echinacea, so this sounds like something I’d definitely benefit from! I was so lucky that I didn’t get that dreaded cold or flu this time around in my office!

Your immune system is so very important to your health – especially this time of the year. Having an auto immune disorder – mine attacks more than it doesnt – so this may help!

    1. Love your nail color 😉
    2. This is a great review of this product! I’m always a little leery about things like this, so it’s always good to do a little extra research to know what we are putting in our bodies!

So is this used daily as a preventive measure or is it used at the start of the cold to decrease the length of time one has a cold? I’d definitely like to have this on hand. Even though I work from home I have 3 kids who are in school and they tend to get sick easily and spread it to me.
