Why Yogi Tea Is My Ride or Die Tea
I have been drinking Yogi tea for the last 5 years — still drinking it in 2020! Ever since I started working at an office, I found myself needing more and more caffeine. Back when I was in college (and younger) I never touched caffeine because it gave me the jitters. Fast forward, now I need at least 2 cups of tea or coffee to get me through a day at work.
Yogi tea was my alternative to coffee and it gave me so many flavorful options. The day I became obsessed with Yogi was the day I found their Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life tea😍. This was around the time I wanted to cut coffee and focus on healthier caffeine alternatives. Basically live a healthier lifestyle.
Yogi Tea, Not another diet tea! Pinky Promise
You see all these expensive and overly promoted skinny/fit teas that say you’re going to lose weight blah blah. Well I’ve tried a few of them. Honestly all they do is make you poop. The tea is a natural laxative (some more extreme than others) that causes your digestive system to over work and “detox” itself. Some of the teas taste really Good like MateFit Tea. Their flavor is really good. I also like FitTea, although less effective/extreme, it still gets the job done. The only bad thing about these teas is they dehydrate you. When I started using Yogi Green Tea Blueberry Slim, I was never dehydrated. I can drink this tea daily and not worry about dehydration or having to go to the restroom at odd/random times.
Get Healthy With Yogi Green Tea
Yogi tea makes their products healthy, organic and non GMO. Not to mention, they have the cutest inspiring quotes on their tea bag tags 🤩. I absolutely look forward to reading them in the mornings. The way I like to use and drink Yogi tea is as follows:
Work Days (Monday – Friday)
I arrive to the office at around 9:30-10am and turn on my laptop and load Outlook. I then grab my mug fill it with hot water, open 1 Yogi tea bag of my choice (usually the green tea). Steep my tea for about 5-10 minutes. I like my tea stronger than the norm. I drink and finish it before noon.
At around 3 or 4pm that same day, I will drink my second Yogi tea. Usually the Honey Lavender Stress Relief tea. I like drinking this tea in the afternoon because the lavender is quite relaxing. For days when I don’t have time to drink it at work, I make a to-go cup and drink it on my drive back home.
I have been drinking Yogi regularly (M-F) the tea works its magic and will keep (or get) your digestive system on track. I know this is a weird topic, but by getting your body on a schedule (yes number 2 guys) you remove bloating. Trust me when I say, I do not experienced bloating when I drink my Yogi tea regularly!
Weekends (or days off)
The first thing I do when I wake up on Saturday mornings is fill my kettle with water and place it on the stove. I then begin my morning beauty routine while my water heats up. I then pour myself a hot cup of water and use my Green Tea (green baggie) or DeTox (blue baggie) and steep for about 5-8 minutes. Shortly after finishing my tea I will make a healthy breakfast and I am set for the next 4 hours.
Organic And Healthy Ingredients
Yogi teas makes all their products with healthy and organic non GMO ingredients. They make sure their teas do not contain ingredients you cannot pronounce– Although some still do not know how to pronounce Açaí, but that’s besides the point.

Firstly, beautiful photos girl!
I wasn’t familiar with this brand before reading your post, but I am definitely going to check it out. It sounds fabulous, and just what I need. I drink too much coffee and need to switch to some more tea π
I don’t think I’ve tried Yogi tea yet! They sound fantastic, though.I love that they have quotes on the tags as well. π
I don’t drink a lot of tea but I’ve tried their throat comfort and immune boost. I also love the green tea!! Thanks for sharing <3
I love reading a book and drinking a cup of tea — especially on a rainy night. We don’t have too many in Los Angeles but it always inspires a cup of tea.
Thanks for sharing! x

And I, what tea can I drink for acid reflux? How many times a day and are there any risks in drinking it? Veronica
Have you looked into this company, and the abuse that its founder inflicted on women, girls and families? If you “still in 2020” support this company, you are a part of that abuse.
I just bought a box does this have a laxative effect will it make me go at work
