What is a Jade Facial Roller?
Unless you don’t use the explore page, a Jade facial roller (or any really) is Instagram’s IT item this season– remember the push-up string bra? We do too lol. So the ultimate question is, why is it trending? What IS a Jade facial roller and what does it do? Well ladies I recently got sent Honey and Be’s Jade Facial Roller made with an authentic and unique Jade stone and I put it to the test. Let’s find out!
Why use a Jade Roller?
Let’s start with Jade crystals and stones. Jade is the lucky charm stone and carries wealth, success, wisdom and eternal youth. Really it does all that? Well it really depends on the energy and use of the stone (not to sound like a hippie but😅). It naturally keeps cool and helps reduce puffiness, remove toxins/tension and increase blood circulation. This is the reason why they call it the eternal youth stone and is the go-to for anti-aging properties.
How to use your Honey and Be Jade Roller
When I received the opportunity to test out Honey and Be’s Jade facial roller, I got so excited because I have been wanting to test one out (Thanks Instagram). The very first thing I did was read up on how to use a Jade roller and some of the techniques. Here is some of my best tips for you and how to use your Jade facial roller.
Use it day or night
By using your Jade facial roller in the mornings, along with your morning skin routine, you are helping your skin absorb all the products and the pleasantly cool stone helps remove puffiness around the eyes or face. At night, you are helping your skin remove and release toxins furthermore helping your skin absorb all your oil, serums and moisturizers correctly. Let’s not forget all the facial tension we carry. Don’t say you have never gone home from an irritating day at work and just felt your face super stiff? Tension!
Best used with skincare routine
Although a Jade facial roller can be used pretty much any time of the day, it is best used morning/nights with your skincare routine. Using the roller with your favorite serum helps your skin absorb all the product you use and not let it go to waste or worse, evaporate or dry out before your skin is able to absorb it. The natural properties of a Jade stone also help weed out negative thoughts and bring balance your your body, mind and soul. Best believe I need some natural healing after a long long day at work and positive vibes in the mornings. Suggested time use is anywhere between 3-5 minutes.
Store your Jade facial roller in your fridge
A lovely tip I have found is storing your roller in the fridge or freezer for an extra cool effect. This helps the stone stay extra cold and maintains cold longer as you use it.

This post has help me to understand Jade roller. I have seen it everywhere in social media. I love jade as it is a lucky charm and if you are wearing jade in your body, bad spirit would come near you. That’s the Chinese belief. I guess I needed to get a jade roller and start rolling on my skin and get all the good luck.
